¿WHO IS CHAVI?

Javier Guisado, better knows as CHAVI, he was born in Madrid on 5th of June, 1979 and he´s deaf. He´s has an university degree in “Physical Education Teacher”, an academic certificate in “Spanish Sign Language Specialist” and "Recreational Activities Supervisor".

But he´s an actor too… this hobby begins when he was a child thanks to a teacher, TERESA, his teacher in the HISPANO AMERICANO DE LA PALABRA College (IHP). She selects him, when he was 5 or 6 years old, to play the character of Charles Chaplin so since then… he doesn´t stop!!!

He plays with a Madrid Deaf Asotiation where, later, they offer him the possibility to do her show alone as a volunteer. Since then, 19 years old, THE CHAVI´S SHOW begins which he is the only one member.

During the, almost, past ten years, he  has travelled around Spain with his show and little by little, with so much effort, it is expanding.

Two years ago he begin knows out of Spain. The show goes to Reims; Londres; Toulouse; Bratislava and……… he´s going ahead!
